Founded in 2012, Srivastava & Chowksey Law Firm is a full-service law firm with offices in Delhi, Bhopal and Allahabad. The Firm has a wide spectrum of practice areas and specializes in litigation, general corporate advisory, transactional and regulatory work.

As the tagline of our Firm suggests, our mission is to render legal solutions to our clients in the utmost professional manner and strive hard to provide the highest quality of service to our clients.

We also emphasize on providing personal attention to our clients to better understand their needs which enables us in providing a well informed and most suitable legal advice to our clients. The Firm is particularly known for its varying litigation strategies for different needs of the clients as the litigation practice of the Firm extends beyond the traditional advocacy and arguments.

We understand and appreciate the different challenges that our clients face in the current business environment as a result of technological changes, evolving government regulations and competitive pressures in the marketplace. We provide a diverse set of legal services to our clients and assist them to meet these challenges successfully.

The diversified interest of the partners in the Firm gives the Firm a wide perspective of the business and legal needs of the clients. The practice areas of the Firm are broadly categorized in two divisions i.e. Corporate Legal Advisory and Litigation.

Mr. Shantanu Srivastava heads the Corporate Legal Advisory team of the Firm and Ms. Gunjan Chowksey heads the Litigation team of the Firm.

The Firm also operates a network of lawyers practicing across India. This network of lawyers provides legal services to clients across India and abroad. The lawyers and chartered accountants that form part of our Firm’s network are highly qualified and experienced professionals in their respective fields of operations and provide a strong foundation to the Firm.

The Firm also caters to the needs of other law firms in various cities across India for obtaining clarifications and opinions on the local laws of the States and/ or to obtain legal assistance in a particular city or State across India.
