The litigation team of the firm is well equipped to undertake criminal trials and seeking bail for the accused. The firm also assists the victims to get their complaint registered and for procuring fair trial of the matter. 

The practice of the firm in Criminal law ranges from drafting and arguing bail applications and other miscellaneous applications in matters pertaining to serious offenses like culpable homicide and murder to issues arising out of complaints of cheating, forgery, criminal misrepresentation, criminal defamation, grievous injury and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The Litigation team has also argued various quashing petitions before different High Courts, under section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code and has obtained favorable orders for their clients.

The criminal practice of the team also extends to offenses related to:

  • Cheque bouncing matters
  • Criminal Defamation etc.
  • Economic Offences
